I wish to take this opportunity to extend my greatest thanks for your service and the professionalism of your company when I contacted you in my time of need.

I knew my home had a few issues with its roof for a while since a bad hail storm had damaged it a couple months earlier.. I was NOT aware of the extent of said damage until I noticed a rather large stain in the ceiling of my living room. I was so busy with my job and personal life that I did not have the time to properly have the roof inspected after the storm and quite frankly did not wish to take on anymore stress and the hassle of dealing with insurance companies, insurance adjusters and the possibility of having to be home all day to obtain many different estimates from roofing companies….

Thank goodness I was referred to Fowler Restoration by a good friend!!!!

I called you on a Tuesday afternoon, you adjusted your own schedule to meet me after work at 6:30 in the evening on the same day. I was a little late arriving home from the office to find you waiting in my driveway… you were obviously on time…. sorry about my tardiness!!!..

You proceeded to do a complete inspection on the roof and any interior damage pointing out a few things I would have never contemplated needing repaired because of the roof damage

I had a detailed estimate via email the next day and you made an appointment to come back out to my home and meet with an insurance adjuster that represented the company that underwrote my homeowners policy. I held my breath and kept my fingers crossed that the damages would be covered.

The next day I received a call from you stating that the claim was approved and depending on my schedule you could start the work whenever I wanted.

I scheduled the repairs to begin the following Tuesday.

The materials and the roll-off waste dumpster were delivered Monday afternoon. and as I left for work Tuesday morning an entire crew arrived and began hammering away on my new roof!!!

I drove to work imagining the mess I would undoubtedly come home to in the evening but I would be well on my way to having a new roof and the piece of mind that I would see no more stains on my ceiling.

To my surprise when I arrived home Tuesday evening there was no sign of the roofing crew, the roll-off dumpster or any other clue of the major work that had taken place on my home. Just a beautiful new roof and small “Fowler Restoration” sign in the front yard….

The next day a crew came in and completed all the repairs/painting on the inside and within a weeks time of placing the phone call to Fowler… the job was complete.

Lee thank you for making the entire experience fast, painless, professional and most of all paid in full with only $500.00 out of my own pocket for the deductible.

I placed one call to Fowler Homes and pretty much let them handle everything else… talking to the insurance adjuster, handling all the necessary paperwork to file the claim, and making sure that the claim was approved and the job was paid for in full..

We have lived in our house for twenty years and have experienced the ravages of wind, hail, fallen branches and hurricanes. Not wanting to go through the great inquisition of dealing with insurance companies, we repaired the damage to our home’s roof through various private contractors. A friend recommended we speak to Fowler Homes before we tackled our next round of repairs. That was the best recommendation we ever received. Lee came to our house, got up on the roof and about fifteen minutes later came back and told us it was time to put on a new roof. But this time it was different from past occasions , Fowler Homes contacted our insurance company, met with the adjuster and help negotiate a settlement. We truly did nothing more than call Fowler Homes.

Once the insurance company settled the claim, a process of only about a week to ten days, Lee had a crew of men out at our house taking off the old roof and putting on the new. The actual work took two days. Fowler Home’s staff did a beautiful job and cleaned up all the debris to satisfy even the neatest of us.

Since that experience, we have recommended Lee to several of our friends and all had the same great service as we enjoyed.

For those that need repairs to their homes they must do themselves the favor of contacting Fowler Homes.

After a hail storm in 2009, a friend mentioned that he’d had his roof inspected and re-roofed by Fowler Homes, and was very pleased with their work. Since I lived nearby, I asked that Fowler Homes inspect my own home for damage. Then I finally learned the answer to all the roof grit I’d been seeing from my gutters the last year: Hail Damage.

The adjuster for my insurance company met with the Fowlers, saw the same damage, and immediately wrote the roof up as a loss. Fowler Homes was able to replace the roof with better materials and a longer guarantee than the original roof! The crew was very careful to cover shrubs and flowers, and did a great job of clean-up.

I co-own rental property in a county an hour away, and decided to have the Fowler Homes do an inspection on those aging roofs. Both they and the insurance adjuster found storm damage that merited complete re-covering of 6 of the 9 buildings. This insurance company was not as eager to pay as the one for my personal home…. The Fowlers studied the appraiser’s work, and found mis-judgments and errors in the data, and gained an extra 10% insurance coverage for the damage repair.

I’ve found Fowler Homes to be professional yet personable, well aware of market pricing of materials and labor, and common insurance payment procedures. They are willing to work with both the owner and the insurance company through the entire process. My confidence in them is such that I freely give out their phone number, and have actually paid them for repairs that I had not seen at the time!

I contracted with Fowler Homes to replace a roof on my house that had been recently damaged by hail. Fowler Homes worked with me and my insurance company with no problems whatsoever. They let me choose from a wide variety of shingle designs and involved me in the process every step of the way. The crew worked tirelessly on an incredibly hot day and completed the job in a very short amount of time. Fowler Homes did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody looking to get roof work done on their home.
